Seeing that you travel a lot, how does collagen help your body cope?
Taking collagen helps with my overall gut health when I’m traveling a lot, as well as keeping my hydration levels up. When I’m flying I always have our Marine Collagen with me to mix into water to stay hydrated.
Do you have any skincare or makeup hacks that you swear by?
I wear a tinted SPF everyday to protect my skin from the sun and it’s amazing for a no makeup look, I also love a bronzer, and mascara is a must-have for me!
What is your go-to Sacred Glow Co. product and why?
Our Dairy Free Collagen Creamer in Coconut, I love the flavor it gives my coffee & it’s a super easy way to get my collagen intake each day.
Meet Jennie
As a mother, how has collagen helped you?
I started taking our Sacred Glow Co. collagen after having my second baby, I can wholeheartedly say that my healing and recovery was much faster than after having my first baby. It has also really helped with my hair loss and skin problems due to hormone changes.
How do you prioritize self-care and taking time for yourself?
I’ll always make time in my week to work out, I find it’s not only good for my physical health, but also my mental health. Also, making sure I’m eating right and getting enough sleep is a big one for me!
What is your go-to Sacred Glow Co. product and why?
That would have to be Marine Collagen, either flavor. Not only do I love the taste, but I find it fits best into my daily routine, I pop it in my water bottle and off I go.
